At El Raco Experience, we believe that traveling is not only about reaching a destination, but about living an experience guided by trust, peace of mind, and emotion. That is why we share our policies with complete transparency and the same care with which we design each of our programs.

BOOKING POLICIES:

  • All El Raco Experience programs must be booked in advance due to high demand throughout the year.
  • Flights: Airline tickets do not allow changes or refunds, except for justified medical reasons. Modifications must be managed directly in the “My Trips” section of LATAM”. You may also choose a higher fare that includes change or refund policies.
  • Accommodation in Bolivia: Accommodation in Bolivia may change along the route due to weather conditions, contingencies, or last-minute incidents. The replacement will be of similar standard and characteristics.
  • Documentation: It is the passenger’s responsibility to have the required documentation to board. Please review requirements at: Travel Documentation.
  • Flight connections: In case of missing a connection due to airline schedule changes:
    • The airline will be solely responsible for rescheduling.
    • You must go to the airline counter at the airport.
    • They may offer the next available flight, accommodation, transfers, and meal vouchers.

    El Raco Experience will assist you via WhatsApp during this process.

  • Lost baggage: This is the sole responsibility of the airline. Claims must be made at the arrival airport to arrange delivery as soon as possible.
  • External contingencies: In situations such as border closures, extreme weather, or supply shortages, neither the airline nor the agency will be responsible for rescheduling. The passenger must manage their flight directly with the airline or another provider.
  • Continuous assistance: We accompany you from the moment of booking until the last day of your journey.
  • Travel insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance. You may acquire it through Travel Ace or another provider, or during the flight review process within your airline booking.
  • Excursions: Subject to weather conditions and local availability. They may be modified or canceled if required by conditions or authorities.
  • Study trips and group travel: Please review programs at the following link: Group Programs and Study Trips.
  • Passenger support:
    • Reservations: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
    • Travel assistance: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • Issued flights are registered under the passenger’s name (ID, name, and date of birth) and are non-transferable. Promotional fares do not allow changes or refunds, except with a medical certificate, which applies only to the affected traveler.
  • Canceling any reservation implies the loss of the first and second requested payments, which include flights and/or service blocking, logistics management, and services provided since booking.
  • If canceled up to 30 days before the service, the remaining balance indicated in the reservation will be refunded to the account specified by the passenger.
  • If canceled within 29 days prior to the service, flexibility will depend on each provider’s policies, which are included and communicated in this document.
  • We maintain strong partnerships with our providers, who will always offer their greatest support in emergency situations requiring understanding and flexibility.
  • Note: Cancellation policies are subject to the conditions of each involved provider, including hotels, transport services, guides, operators, and others.

    • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before travel or as indicated in your quote.

    • Pay a deposit and complete payment up to 30 days before travel.
