- At El Raco Experience, we believe that traveling is not only about reaching a destination, but about living an experience guided by trust, peace of mind and emotion. That is why we share our policies with complete transparency and with the same care with which we design each of our programs.
BOOKING POLICIES:
- All El Raco Experience programs must be booked in advance due to high demand throughout all seasons.
- Flights: Airline tickets do not allow changes or refunds, except for justified medical reasons. Any modification must be managed directly in the “My Trips” section of LATAM. You may also pay a higher fare that includes change or refund policies.
- Accommodation in Bolivia: Accommodation in Bolivia may change along the route due to weather conditions, contingencies or last-minute incidents. Any replacement will be similar and with the same characteristics.
- Documentation: It is the passenger’s responsibility to have all the documentation required for boarding. Please review the requirements at: Travel documentation.
- Flight connections: In the event of missing a connection due to an airline schedule change:
- The airline will be solely responsible for the rebooking.
- You must go to the airline counter at the airport.
- They may offer you the next available flight, accommodation, transfers and meal vouchers.
- El Raco Experience will assist you via WhatsApp throughout this process.
- Lost luggage: This is the sole responsibility of the airline. The claim must be made at the arrival airport so they can arrange where your luggage will be sent as soon as possible.
- External contingencies: In cases such as border closures, extreme weather or shortage of supplies, neither the airline nor the agency will be responsible for any rescheduling. The passenger must manage the flight directly with the airline or another provider.
- Ongoing assistance: We support you from the moment you book until the last day of your trip.
- Travel insurance: We recommend purchasing travel assistance insurance. You may buy it with Travel Ace or another provider, or during the review of your flight itinerary within the same flight booking flow.
- Excursions: Subject to weather conditions and local availability. They may be modified or canceled if conditions or authorities require it.
- Passenger assistance:
- Bookings: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
- On-route assistance: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Issued flights are registered under the passenger’s name, ID number and date of birth, and are non-transferable. We use promotional fares that do not allow changes or refunds, except when a medical certificate is presented, which applies only to the affected traveler.
- The cancellation of any booking implies the loss of the first and second requested payments, which include flights and or the blocking of contracted services, logistics management and services provided from the moment of booking.
- If you cancel earlier than 30 days before the service, the remaining balance indicated in the booking will be refunded to the account specified by the passenger.
- If you cancel 29 days or less before the service, it will depend on each provider whether they choose to be flexible with their booking and cancellation policies or not. These policies are grouped together and passed on to each passenger in this text.
- As a company, we have very good partnerships and providers, who will always give us the greatest possible support in emergencies that require greater empathy.
- Note: Cancellation policies are adjusted and subject to the conditions of each provider involved, including hotels, transport companies, guides, operators and others.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Bank transfer or Banco Estado Caja Vecina:
- Full or partial payment, in one or two installments.
- The balance must be fully paid 30 days before the trip or as indicated in your quotation.
- Direct credit:
- You make a deposit and pay the remaining balance no later than 30 days before traveling.
