Un’esperienza organizzata fin dal primo momento:
- Non è necessario raggiungere un numero minimo di partecipanti per assicurarti l’esperienza. La prenotazione si conferma dal momento in cui decidi di partire, rispettando le date stabilite.
- Questo evita ciò che negli ultimi tempi alcune aziende hanno iniziato a fare: vendere programmi con date definite e poi cancellare i viaggi per mancanza di partecipanti.
- Il tuo tempo è molto importante per noi, e ogni dettaglio è pensato per rispettarlo.
Il viaggio comincia prima di arrivare a destinazione:
- Dal momento in cui ti prepari a volare, l’esperienza è già iniziata. Saprai esattamente cosa fare, a che ora presentarti e come sarà ogni passo. Tutto sarà coordinato in anticipo, anche con mesi di anticipo, per iniziare il viaggio con tranquillità, concentrandoti sul godertelo.

We completely enjoyed our trip to the Atacama. First the arrangements were flawlessly arranged. Jose was very attentive responding to all our concerns. From our flight to our accommodation at the Hotel Dunas( my only problem was the internet connection, although the management tried very hard to make it work) Apart from that our stay was wonderful, the tours were amazing, we did the astronomical tour that words cannot describe as well as the Valley of the moon tour. We will definitely recommend using El Raco…..

Hello. The experience was magnificent in every way. The service at the Vientos del Sur hotel was excellent, both during transfers and at the transfers. The driver and the guide were both excellent. The Termas Geometricas hot springs were an unforgettable experience, with snow and rain, which is exactly what we expected. The Huilo Huilo full-day tour was phenomenal, despite the rainy weather. My wife and I were very satisfied with everything, from the transfers and hotel to the tours. The hotel breakfast was impeccable.
