Winter Rafting on the Trancura River
Discover a one-of-a-kind experience combining snowy landscapes, intense excitement and the wild energy of southern Chile. Winter rafting on the Trancura River is an invitation to take on class III and IV rapids amid the cold, the spray and nature at its most alive. A route designed for young people and adults with an adventurous streak, where adrenaline and scenery come together.
The tour starts with a transfer from your accommodation in Pucón to the Trancura area, just 15 km from the centre. After a short technical safety briefing you will be given all the equipment you need to keep warm and enjoy the ride with confidence. From there you set off on a 13-kilometre route where every stroke is a story, every rapid a surge, and every look around a postcard.
For roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes you will enjoy an unforgettable descent accompanied by expert guides and a support raft. With El Raco Experience, everything is designed so you get the most out of it, in complete safety, with that spark of adventure that sets us apart. This winter tour is an intense experience that connects you with the force of the water, the mountains and yourself.
